Myślnik cards were created by Daria – a psychologist, therapist, coach and cultural studies scholar. Myślnik was created to help with self-development and support critical thinking and emotional, social, and cultural intelligence—all aiming to build a conscious personal and social life.

It's a set of 50 thematic cards showing perspectives and solutions that until now may have been out of sight and out of mind. Each set has 50 cards with head-opening content and original graphics on a selected topic. They can be used alone, in pairs, or a group. As a game over dinner with friends or a tool for workshop work with a team.

You will learn: What to think about stress? Is it as bad as it is said to be? The cards enable you to look at the issue of emotional arousal from different perspectives. With the cards, you will deepen your knowledge and learn about research findings and scientific ways to cope with stress.
